Welcome to Churchtown Family Practice

Churchtown Family Practice is a GP surgery operated by husband and wife Dr. Knut Moe and Dr. Hana Maka. We believe in providing a comprehensive and efficient service to our patients based on up to date medical evidence in a friendly and welcoming environment. We have a particular interest in child and family health and well-being.

Please note, we are not currently taking on new patients at Churchtown Family Practice due to capacity issues. We hope to review this following planned expansion works.

COVID-19 Symptoms

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have altered our practices to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

If you have symptoms of Covid-19, please do not attend the practice. Please contact the surgery first for further advice. We advise all patients with respiratory symptoms to do an antigen test prior to attending for a face to face appointment.

Will mask-wearing is no longer mandatory, it is still public health policy to wear masks in healthcare settings. We encourage you to wear a mask when attending the practice.

Out of Hours

EDOC provides out of hours GP cover from 6pm each evening until 8am midweek and 24 hours a day on weekends and Bank Holidays.
